Bigband 5000 DK
Bigband 5000 DK has existed for more than 25 years and is therefore the oldest bigband in Odense.
The orchestra consists of 18 enthusiastic musicians, playing swing music in Count Basie style.
The repertoire is primarily concentrated about original arrangements from Count Basie, Frank Sinatra and Glenn Miller.
The Conductor Rasmus Henriksen won Fyns Jazz Musician of 2017 and the orchestra loves playing for dancers.

Mydtskov Swing 5
Mydtskov Swing 5 is a band that consists of highly experienced jazz musicians.
All have been educated at the music academies of Odense or Copenhagen and they have been active in the Danish music scene for many years, in different constellations and in different genres
In this orchestra the jazz is played with a great intensity and energy, perfected for dancing. The repertory consists of classics from the American and Danish range.

Fini Sings and Sobs
Fini Broadbery is a well-known face, when it comes to the local jazz scene in Odense, and as one of the organizers of Odense Jazz Festival.
Fini ended conservatory in 2020, and has played with many of the very best musicians in Denmark, f.i Hans Ulrik, Tomas Frank and Cesar Joaniquet.
In the band project, Fini Sings and Sobs, his very alive and lyric piano play fusions with song, to give frame to a concert in the name of love.
It’s singers as Chet Baker, Nat King Cole, Johnny Hartmann, to be interpreted of this trio. Enjoy a playful Sunday afternoon with Fini Sings and Sobs

DJ Birk Søde Christiansen.
Birk has been in love with dance and swing since the early years of his life.
In Odense we’ve enjoyed many dances and music nights with “One of our own”.
As a Dj who dances, Birk knows what rythmes gets the dancefloor moving.
DJ "Chris Bee"
Swing DJ "Chris Bee" is from Germany, engaged as swing dj for years.
Christian has been dancing Lindy Hop since 1999,
and swing music has accompanied him ever since.
From 2010 onwards, He has attended international workshops.
As a swing DJ and dance teacher for Lindy Hop,
he have been on the road in the north of Germany for seven years.
Since 2020 he have been running his own dance school,
Swing Goes Studio, as an independent dance teacher. www.swinggoes.de
He has been playing swing at "Kieler Woche" a ten-day open-air festival since 2015
and allready teaches Lindy Hop not only in his hometown. swing-in-preetz
He is looking forward to the Ugly Duckling Festival 2023 and playing the Swing for us on Friday evening!

DJ Splanky is an eager local Lindy Hopper,
and DJ Splanky brings his vinyl to private parties and swing festivals in Europe.
